Every leader wants to be a strong leader; but it seems like everybody out there has an opinion about what makes a leader strong (do any of the terms on the right look familiar?).
I’ve been developing my own leadership skills and successfully leading teams for more than 20 years, and I don’t have all of those traits. I’m not sure anyone can.
Instead, here is what I believe to be true: Strong leadership is about setting bold goals and harnessing your innate talents — whichever traits you have — to achieve them. Period.
I work with aspiring and seasoned executives who want to apply their talents to reach bold goals.
